This blend is named after our Italian-made, wood fire roaster. We call her Roma. She’s big, curvy and beautiful. The recipe comes from Lecco, Italy. Colombian beans give a balanced caramel and chocolate body. Brazilian beans marry perfectly with the Colombian and provide creamy mouthfeel and beautiful finish. Timorese Robusta gives a little caffeine kick and crema. Guatemala provides sweetness to offset the Robusta component.
Roasted darker and flirting with second crack, this blend excels as an espresso or as a base to cut through milk-based coffees providing big chocolate notes.
